The Mignon model is perfect for home or as an auxiliary coffee grinder for a coffee shop. The quality and technology of the Eureka brand placed in a sturdy compact metal case. Stepless micrometric grind regulation system allows you to set very precise grinding parameters, and saves settings even after the coffee grinder is dismantled for cleaning. ACE system helps to eliminate the electrostatic charge and prevent clumps ensuring an even and fine grind. The Filtro version is designed for making a drip coffee, and grinds coffee into a convenient 160g container. Great for use with Bravilor Bonamat Novo drip coffee maker. The Silent version is designed for espresso. Equipped with a fixed portafilter holder; there is also an option with a height adjustable holder. Operating time is adjusted manually by holding a button, or using a mechanical timer with a setting range of 2-20 seconds. Thanks to Silent technology, operating noise is significantly reduced.
