Anchan Thai blue tea is made from dried buds of Clitoria ternatea, otherwise known as blue Thai orchid. Anchan flowers are hand-picked early in the morning. When picking, the buds are plucked together with the green petals, then they are spread out on mats,
they are dried, fermented and twisted.
Taste: the infusion is clear, deep blue in color with a light herbal aroma. The taste is pleasant, sweet, but not obtrusive, with a barely noticeable aftertaste
with a sour note, very refreshing.
Aftertaste: Sweet and sour.
