Blue: Powdered flower tea from Thailand made from the bright blue Anchan flowers. This tea has an exquisite floral and herbal flavour, light aroma and silky texture. Pink: powder made from sublimated pulp of pitahaya (or pitaya) tropical fruit. Brewing method: put 2 g of matcha tea (1 level teaspoon) into a bowl, and pour 50-60 ml of hot water.
